Job Title: Playable Ads Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Playable Ads Developer to design and develop engaging, interactive ads for mobile games. The ideal candidate will have experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and mobile advertising platforms, and a passion for creating captivating user experiences. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to create ads that enhance user acquisition and retention. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of the mobile games.

Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive, high-quality playable ads for mobile games using Construct3 and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to align ads with campaign goals and brand standards.
• Optimize playable ads for performance across different devices and platforms.
• Test and iterate on ad formats to ensure they drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of playable ads, making adjustments to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interactive ad development for mobile platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Construct3, Luna labs or others.
• Familiarity with mobile ad networks and SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, IronSource).
• Experience with different game engines is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
