Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development: Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and websites to meet client specifications.
• Customization: Implement custom features, functionalities, and design modifications based on client requirements.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code for WordPress websites.
• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and optimize WordPress sites for speed, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
• Bug Fixes & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure WordPress websites function smoothly.
• Testing: Perform regular testing for bugs, updates, and issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in WordPress development (themes,  custom development).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress Core, WP APIs, and common development practices.
  • Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar.
  • Familiarity with WordPress frameworks and custom theme development.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress websites.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively while working in a night shift schedule.
• Availability: Must be able to work during night hours, aligned with the team’s needs in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other content management systems and programming languages.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of website security protocols and measures.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your previous WordPress projects.
